Public operating rules for a fair, proof-based recognition programme.

Eligibility
Only achievements meeting the published programme scope and current-cycle requirements will be considered.
Verification
SCC may verify certificates, result pages, student credentials, roll numbers and competition information before approving recognition.
Authenticity
False, altered, misleading or unverifiable documents can lead to rejection and cancellation of recognition.
Multiple achievements
Multiple achievements may be recorded, but the primary reward is governed by the highest eligible verified achievement unless the programme expressly states otherwise.

The applicable recognition may vary by competition, stage, rank, year and verification outcome. Submission does not guarantee a particular award format.
Programme discretion
Sri Chaitanya may add, remove, reclassify or review eligible competitions and recognition categories to preserve programme fairness and integrity.

Student and parent details should be collected with consent and used for nomination processing, verification, programme communication and recognition-related activity in accordance with the organisation's applicable data practices.
Publicity
Separate consent should be obtained before publishing a student's photo, school, achievement story or testimonial in SCC communications.
Prototype note: final legal language, privacy disclosures, retention period and contact/grievance details should be reviewed by Sri Chaitanya before public launch.
